Our Famous Cheese Cake Recipe

2   8oz (226g) heavy cream (shamenet metukah)
1   8oz (226g) sour cream (shamenet chamutzah)
1 pkg. vanilla pudding mix
½ cup quark cheese or soft cheese(gevinah levanah)
2 pie crusts

In a large bowl beat all the ingredients until very stiff. Spoon into crust and refrigerate.

Note   You can dress this up with a crumb topping or add chocolate shaveing, cherry pie filling or anything else you would like.

Note   You can make your own pie crust with biscuit crumbs and a little oil and put into 2   9"round pan or 9x13 rectangle pan.

Tip   To serve very cold, freeze an hour before serving.
